IEA Highly Recommended Coaching Program This program is a no-brainer for anyone who wants to build muscle and/or lose weight. Personally I was a little underweight, lacking muscle and carrying a gut. PD will show you that you do not have to spend hours and hours in the gym to look in great shape. One year later I am still following the program. I feel great, both physically and mentally. Family and friends often comment on how well I am looking. The key to this program is that is very managable and sustainable. PD was very prompt and helpful with any questions I had.
