My new Chi Palm is as wonderful as the people who produced it! My new Chi Palm is an amazing addition to my collection of Chi products! Richard & his tribe have outdone themselves once again. I have been using my unit relentlessly on a decade old car accident injury & my body's response has been wonderful. It is everything promised... My friends at CHI are ever ready to answer my questions or fill me in on the intricacies of their products. Their customer service is as good as their items! How refreshing. Thank you once again CHI Institute for working so hard to help us all to heal, & doing it with such joy!

CHI Palm is an important part of my life! I'm glad to have the CHI Palm as part of my arsenal to combat the inevitable aches and pains of life. And it's a pleasure to do business with the company because they seem genuinely concerned about my welfare. I was able to pay for the CHI Palm using my FSA account from work: I had to get my orthopedic surgeon to sign off on a document of medical necessity to pay for it with FSA money, but he was happy to sign that piece of paper....which speaks volumes! This is a great device....it keeps me truckin'!

Very pleased with my Infratonic 9 and service provided. I have been using an Infratonic device since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 25 years ago. While using the device I experienced reduction, in pain, stress and increased range of motion , after a Mastecomy. In 2008, I upgraded to a newer model for overall health benefits and relaxation. I had a good experience with that model as well. In 2020 I once again upgraded to the Inratonic 9. The trade in experience and customer service was wonderful. I was treated like a valued user of Chi Products. Service was efficient and timely with follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. The new Palm is nothing short of… The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. Just can't say enough good things . . .

My chi palm was “thumping” so I called… My chi palm was “thumping” so I called to ask about whether it needed to be returned for repairs. The Chi Tribe representative was exceptionally gracious and thoroughly knowledgeable about the complexities of the unit and explained the reason for the noise much to my satisfaction. After all was said and done there was no need to return the unit. This chi palm is a miracle in disguise. I use it daily on every part of my body in need of healing energy. My involvement with the Chi Tribe goes back decades and I am eternally grateful to Richard and his family of helpers for making this miracle possible. This chi palm in my opinion is a quantum leap from the infratonic 9. It is so ergonomically facile and works wonders. I recommend it to everyone.
