Bogus Dispatch Fee The whole purpose of installing Gutter Helmet is, "you never have to clean your gutters again". What a bogus claim, you have to call them to come out to clean your gutters because they inevitably have to be cleaned out. Now, they have decided if you want them to come out to clean your gutters you have to pay a $50.00 dispatch fee, how crazy is that?

Do not honor warranty and false promises from sales people We had Gutter Helmet installed on our house in 2019. At time of install, we were told the gutters would be inspected and cleaned free of charge as needed. Our contract also states the same. I called in February 2024 and was instructed there is now a $50 fee for them to come out and clean the gutters. I received no communication about a change in contract. Asked to speak with manager and told they would call back within 72 hours. Manager never called back. It is now March 2024. Called back and told the fee is not manufacturer fee but a franchise fee. That is not the case. Fee was imposed by Gutter Helmet company not the individual franchises. They do not honor warranty or contract, even if you purchased through Costco.

From sales to installation the process… From sales to installation the process was great.

new Gutter Helmet installed after storm I had Gutter Helmet installed previously. After hail and wind damage everything had to be replaced. The salesperson that came out was exceptionally great. It was he who took note of the damage to my roof also, and took pictures. He went the extra mile. Once my new roof was installed, the new Gutter Helmet was installed. I will have the free inspection yearly. The men that installed were curtious and very helpful. I love the fact I do not have to climb ladders anymore.
