GBBig Gains I thought my fitness was good after completing my second Ironman back in September of '23. I had ran a Boston Qualifying time the February before, qualified for 70.3 Worlds that June, and set a 2 hr PR in the Ironman. This program has gotten me in even better shape! I love how it's structured enough to see improvement, but flexible enough to work with my ever-changing schedule. Can't recommend it enough. My swim times have dropped substantially, my FTP is up 10%, and I am continuing to set 5k PRs every testing cycle!

GBTriDot is amazing TriDot is amazing! As a newbie triathlete the program takes into account of where my abilities are and provides a program to help me improve. It also allows you to change training days to fit into your busy schedule and the Tri dot community is very helpful and motivating. Would highly recommend!

GBHighly recommend Long time triathlete. Have been following the Tridot program. Love the way the program adjusts training as my fitness level changes...all with no injuries. GBTri DOt I have been training for triathlons since 1989. Of all the triathlon training modalities that I have used Tridot is by far the most comprehensive and realistic training I have ever used. In just the past four months I have seen a significant increase in my fitness and I have a long way to go until my A race for this year. I wish I started using Tridot a long time ago.

This program does all the thinking for you so you just get to show up and train without worrying about over or under doing it. The app is easy to use and integrates well with garmin and gives you fun little bonuses and awards along the way. I’m spending fewer hours training with better results than any prior plan. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s about doing the right training right.
