Take the guess work out of training Take the guess work out of training! This program does all the thinking for you so you just get to show up and train without worrying about over or under doing it. The app is easy to use and integrates well with garmin and gives you fun little bonuses and awards along the way. I’m spending fewer hours training with better results than any prior plan. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s about doing the right training right.

Tri DOt I have been training for triathlons since 1989. Of all the triathlon training modalities that I have used Tridot is by far the most comprehensive and realistic training I have ever used. In just the past four months I have seen a significant increase in my fitness and I have a long way to go until my A race for this year. I wish I started using Tridot a long time ago.

Highly Recommended Absolutely crucial if you want to progress in your triathlon training as fast as possible whilst minimizing risk of injury. Amazing app and community. Highly recommend giving it a shot, you won't regret it! Have been using for over a year now and I can't imagine going without.

Take care of creating a training plan… Take care of creating a training plan that is right for you and the race you aim to complete. It reduces anxiety by allowing you to focus on completing training and not creating your own plan. Very responsive to questions/concerns. Great triathlon community, there is even a book club!
