The app is easy to use and integrates well with garmin and gives you fun little bonuses and awards along the way. I’m spending fewer hours training with better results than any prior plan. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s about doing the right training right.

GBBig Gains I thought my fitness was good after completing my second Ironman back in September of '23. I had ran a Boston Qualifying time the February before, qualified for 70.3 Worlds that June, and set a 2 hr PR in the Ironman. This program has gotten me in even better shape! I love how it's structured enough to see improvement, but flexible enough to work with my ever-changing schedule. Can't recommend it enough. My swim times have dropped substantially, my FTP is up 10%, and I am continuing to set 5k PRs every testing cycle!
