Though you will learn about fitness and nutrition, you will also gain a new perspective on overall wellness. The team is kind, encouraging, fun to be around and truly love what they do. The exercise facilities are top-notch, the accommodations are perfect for being away from home, the prepared meals are delicious (and will teach you about portion control), and nothing can beat the outdoor scenery of Park City, Utah and the surrounding areas. GBA great experience! One Fitness Camp definitely met my needs. I arrived very frustrated that I could not seem to lose weight on my own. Wayne, Eric, Kimba and Pam taught me how to tie diet and exercise together to jump start my metabolism. I learned how to portion the foods I love to eat and when to eat them; gained confidence in performing weight lifting exercises; and pushed myself way beyond what I thought I could do. The camaraderie between all the participants was an added plus and I left with many new friends. I ended up losing nine pounds and eight plus inches in three weeks. To top it off, my cholesterol dropped over 40 points. The workouts are mixed up so you don't get bored. The outdoor activities and hikes let you enjoy the natural beauty of Park City and the exercise facilities are top notch and the coaches are beyond supportive. Go! You will not be disappointed.
