GBHorrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call

GBI called Mango customer support first. I called Mango customer support first. They took my order number, email address, and phone number - and said they would verify my purchase and get back with me via email. My units had come without the power cords to plug into the wall outlet - to charge as needed. Customer service came through. They got the cords to me. I’m very happy about that. They were also good at communicating via email.

GBGood product. Although there is room to improve when it comes to the Mango Power App, the Mango Power E Power Station has brought me much peace of mind. During the recent blizzard, I wasn’t worried about the power going out as much as I was before. I’m looking forward to using it more during the summer and offsetting some of my electrical use with solar panels. The hardware seems to be top-notch and really well thought out.

ALThe Mango Power E power station also… The Mango Power E power station also has a "BACKUP" mode, which will automatically switch from mains to battery power in the event of a power outage. I like this mode of it very much. For this reason, I am looking forward to having it in my office.
