happy to report that I have received the Power E I am happy to report that I have received the Power E and that the solar panels are scheduled to arrive on Monday. Despite the shipping issues, understandable, since we full time RVers and our shipping and billing are separate addresses, I am very excited to have the base unit and I am looking forward to seeing how we can improve our off grid living experiences with your product. Thus far it is functioning impressively. An unboxing video, along with a thorough product review will follow once I have received the panels and had some time to test them out. Thank you for developing what appears to be an excellent product and a game changer for efficient living off grid, even in larger rigs!

Request for I information I spoke with Dave about getting an estimate of the equipment etc. I would need to partially power my home during an outage. He sent a form I needed to complete/ I returned the form with necessary information and am awaiting feedback.

Mango Power Review After applying for a refund from Mango Power I was offered an alternative product but this not suit my needs so I asked the company to proceed with the refund. Unfortunately I messed up and got a number wrong on my Iban. This meant my refund had disappeared into the ether which was quite stressful as in effect I had lost it. After many emails Mango Power managed to retrieve the funds and after double checking all the details carefully refunded the monies to my bank account. I was very grateful to Mango Power for their excellent communications as what was essentially my mistake. Great service that went above and beyond. Thank You Vevina your a star.

Quick and Easy Resolution I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.

Massive capacity back up my whole house This is a mature home backup package that can be connected to the household circuit, apparently serving as an alternative to the Bluetti EP500 and EcoFlow Delta Pro. I'm slowly falling in love with it.
