GBWorth It's Weight In Gold This is a good quality product, but some how its to big for my doors. Its about 2” too wide and 1/2 - 3/4 too short. The top velcro is wide enough that I was able to lower it some, but still could use about 1/2 longer. I felt the product works good enough not to bother with returning it.

GBExcellent solution We live in a region where window screens are not common (crazy!!) and have a massive patio door out to our balcony and standardly available screen sizes wouldn’t fit. The casing is aluminium so magnetic screens won’t work either. Our other 2 patio doors are the size of single garage doors so I was able to find an easy solution for those, but the big one is like 9 feet tall and 11 feet wide with the door opening on one side rather than the middle. This custom one fits great and i was able to have the split in it be about 3 feet from one side rather than centred. A word of caution though - make sure you double and triple measure and make sure your husband reads the instructions before installation!

GBSturdy and stays in place I love magnetic screens. When the weather is nice I leave my backdoor open. I don’t have to worry about bug’s flying in. My dogs and cat can maneuver in and out without problems. So convenient for them and me. But not all screens are made equal…. Unlike the cheaper ones I have seen, this one will hold up well. (It was also a very good price.) It’s easy to put up, secure and closes faultlessly. Even in pretty gusty winds, stays closed. Would definitely recommend.

GBFollowed proper prep & installation & it works exactly as it should - satisfied buyer! Unfortunately the sliding door that came with our house was installed (backwards should I say?) with the screen on the inside of our home. Making a single door magnet screen not functional - cue this design and size. I was hesitant that the magnets would not work as they should with such a wide screen but they do. I think proper preparation and installation was key. I wiped down the entire door and frame with soapy water and a cloth. Then cleaned the frame with rubbing alcohol wipes where the screen would be adhered to so all dirt, oil, and grime would be removed. Let it dry. The instructions also said to make sure the Velcro running along the top, at the peak of the magnetic opening, is adhered just slightly higher than the rest of the Velcro running across the top. This ensured that the magnets would catch and close every time. Installation took about 20 min start to finish and easily did it alone. Extremely happy with the functionality and quality of this product.

GBThe Tie-backs Help! It’s a good product and worth the tiny bit of extra money. I previously had a magnetic screen that held up fairly well, but after so many openings with packages in hand and the door lock to put the key in, it ripped from the strain. This type of screen is lightweight and not made to last like a traditional screen door. But this one has several good features — strong magnets for good closure, sturdy borders around the mesh and, best of all, the tie-backs. Much easier to go in and out with armloads and to get the key in the door without tugging one side of the screen
