I design and manage home renovation projects for busy homeowners throughout the SF Bay Area and recently had 2 homes that wanted carpet and Signature Carpet made it extremely easy for me. They measured, placed the order, installed when we were ready. When there was a concern, they were very responsive. I will absolutely use the again for future projects and highly recommend them. GBNice people. Need better organization and customer service I'm a commercial customer with the potential to offer future business. Looking to replace the break room and bathroom floor in my Distribution Center. Initial contact was fine, but took forever to get a quote. Finally got quote for break room but there were problems with the bathroom quote which required followup. Had to reach out to the sales rep three weeks later, who apparently "misplaced my file", but still did not have the bathroom quote. Behind schedule so agreed to get the break room done and worry about the bathroom later. Installers showed up as scheduled but needed additional supplies and claimed they's be back later in the day. They did not return that day, did not call and then showed up the next day. They finished the job and left without talking to me. Installation was fine but communication was not. Never heard back about the bathroom and have now moved on to another contractor. Not the way to develop new business. Three stars for the quality of work and product, but service issues were a major issue.
