They will ruin your neighborhood while you move on with your life... This reprehensible company buys up properties where the owners have let the home become inhabited by squatters or the repair is so beyond the pale that there is no hope affording it. They snap up these properties - instead of letting the homes roll onto the market and be purchased by families who will be productive members in communities- and then let them sit in trash, vermin, insects and ever-returning homeless squatters until the neighborhoods the houses are in have no recourse but hire an attorney to help with the process. Omer is being charged $100/day for this mess two doors down from me- but he won't move on getting the property cleaned up. He has owned it since Dec 9, 2021. Please don't sell your house to them- do not do it to your neighbors. Ask your neighbors for help finding a family to purchase, and create a happy ending.

He was very pleasant from the beginning. He presented me with all of the options that he had available to offer. He allowed me ample time to make a decision. He followed up with me at our agreed upon date. After speaking to him and careful consideration we decided not to go with FL Cash. He graciously accepted my decision. I cannot in good conscience recommend… I cannot in good conscience recommend this company! Three months to close on a condo that should have taken 30 days! The individual assigned to the process was totally unprofessional and incompetent. Unanswered e mail and texts etc. I requested on several occasions to speak with the owners and they never responded. They say they buy your home which is totally false in my case. They waited to find a buyer first. Although the HOA was a small part of the issue, this individual was clueless in dealing with them. Had he done his job properly he would have asked for a checklist of all documents need to close. The only person that saved the sale from a lawsuit was Narali. She worked very diligently and professionally.
