high end experience everyone was truly great. i found the company on a site that lists the top rated credible cash buyers for FL. i had a sketchy company initially. and then upon some research, apparently this was very common. im thankful for that list i came across because fl cash home buyers very much delivered. shawn was my favorite out of all the guys!! he is a pleasure to work with and he is very professional. he is not going to walk around your questions...he is going to answer them and if he doesnt know the answer he will admit to it and he will find the answer for you immediately. i had very limited options due to age of my home- thanks so much guys for turning everything around for me.

They will ruin your neighborhood while you move on with your life... This reprehensible company buys up properties where the owners have let the home become inhabited by squatters or the repair is so beyond the pale that there is no hope affording it. They snap up these properties - instead of letting the homes roll onto the market and be purchased by families who will be productive members in communities- and then let them sit in trash, vermin, insects and ever-returning homeless squatters until the neighborhoods the houses are in have no recourse but hire an attorney to help with the process. Omer is being charged $100/day for this mess two doors down from me- but he won't move on getting the property cleaned up. He has owned it since Dec 9, 2021. Please don't sell your house to them- do not do it to your neighbors. Ask your neighbors for help finding a family to purchase, and create a happy ending.
