Inspection Simplification! By allowing our residents to easily perform a thorough routine inspection themselves with RentCheck, we are able to complete more inspections in a shorter period of time. We also love that we can use RentCheck for our own onsite renewal and move-out inspections. Plus the reports look great and provide property owners with just the perfect amount of information. Too little, and we would have questions to answer . . . too much information, and we would have questions to answer. RentCheck supplies a happy medium!

So I used the chat button which says someone gets back to you within 20 min and was totally surprised and elated that someone answered right away! LOVE IT!! This is a Wonderful Team There are some features I would love to see in future updates to the app. But whenever we have encountered an issue for our particular business model, the RentCheck team (Brett Perry and Jack from the online chat) have been so helpful in finding a custom solution for us. Excellent team, excellent product, will be even better with some tweaks for customization!
