GBTheir support is awesome Their support is awesome! I needed help with merging a property that got entered twice and had completed inspections on both. I wasn't sure if it'd be possible to merge them and retain the inspections but after submitting my support ticket, I was surprised to hear that it was possible! It took a little time, but it is worth the wait. It's better to not have to lose inspection data, especially for move in inspections! Thank you for your help Jack!

PHIt was a very nice app that every… It was a very nice app that every Property Manager would want to use. It's very handy as well. GBIssues resolved quickly / Suggestion added within minutes! The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. This method of Tenant-led, contactless inspections is saving my company a MASSIVE amount of time while still keeping up to date with any property issues and helps reduce contact between my staff and Tenants. The people at RentCheck have gone above and beyond with helping me incorporate these inspections and also listening to my feedback.
