GBInstaller came out Installer came out, after weekend to replace batteries. The original ones were defective. Still waiting on electrician to correct wiring for lights. At least chair is working.

GBDelivered as promised Delivered as promised. Installers were professional, completed project timely, thoroughly cleaned up the construction area. Next day I noticed that the shower door didn’t close tightly. Called them and they came out timely to correct the issue.

GBA TOP NOTCH COMPANY!! Team showed up on time; project manager walked me thru the entire process (interesting, to say the least). Guys worked like a well oiled machine doing their job. With all the "carpetbaggers" out there these days, this was a welcomed change into a world where companies know their words have meanings to us customers. Really top notch!!

GBComplete. Presentation by Brett West was complete in that he covered all the bases in an informative and complete manner. The follow_up by Chasten the next day was appreciated in that he confirmed measurements taken by Brett and advised that Eddy would install the shower on August 14. Eddy did a great job. He respected my home and I am well pleased with the results.
