I reviewed about 6 companies that… I reviewed about 6 companies that installed showers and chose LHSS because of the quality of materials. They were the only company that uses greenboard to prevent moisture. Little did I know that the materials used were only a minor advantage compared to the quality of workmanship and the willingness to please me! The young men asked me at every turn if I was happy so far and how I wanted things done. If you want a 1 day installation and a sloppy job, hire someone else, but if you want quality workmanship and superior materials, hire Leaf Home Safety Solutions! Toni Catoe

Leaf Home lift chair The salesman quoted a price of $18,000. After going through various incentives he arrived at $10,000. My knee pain overrode my brain and I said OK. I was told that the drive was a worm gear, of which he showed me one about 4 inches in diameter. During installation I found that the drive runs a much smaller worm gear on a track about one inches wide. I had a couple minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner. It does the job but I feel that it is not worth the cost. Google says the average cost is $4000.

Terrific purchase and installation Terrific purchase and installation The process from beginning to end was excellent. A very informative salesman who answered our questions and gave us confidence that we made the best choice for us. The install took about 3 hours. The installer was respectful of our floors and carpeting and removed all packaging when he left. He also explained as he worked what he was dong and offered us a few options where we could decide what would work best for us. Very good customer service through the whole experience.

Shower doors still uneven Shower doors still uneven. Silicone turned yellow. Shower floor makes rubbing noises. 2 cracked tiles. Silicone on doors. The guy tried to fix these things...nope didn't fix the issues. I want someone from management (Seth perhaps) out to look at this. And after a week since the reply....no phone call, no email, no visit.

Selling Leaf System Sales people were extremely good at selling the product and it was installed in a few days after purchase. It could have been moved over 2 more inches to prevent arm rest from rubbing against stair rail and also to accomodate people with longer legs.
