GBSelling Leaf System Sales people were extremely good at selling the product and it was installed in a few days after purchase. It could have been moved over 2 more inches to prevent arm rest from rubbing against stair rail and also to accomodate people with longer legs.

GBNothing turned out like it was suppose… Nothing turned out like it was suppose to, but in the end, everything turned out OK. I was not able to get exactly what I wanted as I have a very old home and it wasn't possible. It appears to be working fine as it was installed and that is very important to me. I do expect I will need it more in the future than now. I was shopping around and ended up purchasing it because of the price, even though down the road would have been better.

GBTerrific purchase and installation Terrific purchase and installation The process from beginning to end was excellent. A very informative salesman who answered our questions and gave us confidence that we made the best choice for us. The install took about 3 hours. The installer was respectful of our floors and carpeting and removed all packaging when he left. He also explained as he worked what he was dong and offered us a few options where we could decide what would work best for us. Very good customer service through the whole experience.
