GBPoor customer service I bought my RecovaPro Max Massage Gun in June/2022. It stopped working in February/2024. I can charge it but when I try to turn it on, it fails. From what I understand, it is still within the 2-year warranty period. I sent an email to the company on February 16th and had no response. Tried again with another email on March 11th and no response again. I called the contact number 01474 247760 for days and nobody answers. I never thought I would have such a hard time only to have a response from Recovapro. I was really happy with the product until it sttoped wroking. It's a shame.

GBPleased with customer service & quality of mini massage gun Ordered the Lite Mini Massage gun. In the pre-Christmas delivery chaos DPD didn't deliver despite their system saying they did. Contacted Recovapro who arranged a new shipment which arrived the next day so happy this was resolved quickly and easily. The massage gun is excellent quality. It's not too heavy but is substantial. Good battery life so far.

GBThe delivery was not quite next day but… The delivery was not quite next day but could have been down to issues on the local roads, which is beyond anyones control. Also. The app to track the delivery wasn’t very clear. Nevertheless, I got my delivery and I love the product. My ex bought one before we split up so I knew what I was getting which is a fantastic product.

GBDo not waste your time or money with… Do not waste your time or money with this company. Bought a replacement charger with travel adapters. The adapter was delivered at the beginning of November without the travel adapters. To date I have been trying to resolve the issue with Customer service which has been a slow and awful experience, they are now not responding. The charger is very cheap quality too. Not a great experience for a cheap quality item. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

GBRecovapro massager I purchased my Recovapro massager from Westfields and there is no denying that it is a really great product. It developed a fault and as it was still within warranty, Recovapro replaced it. The process with customer service could have been be a little smoother as there is no telephone contact, however, they kept in touch regularly via email, were polite and professional all the way through and picked up my item via Royal Mail from my home address and promptly delivered a new massager within two weeks, so very pleased with the overall outcome and happy to be using my Recovapro massager once again.
