The muscles are constantly tight and it's painful to walk. TWO 10 Minute goes with my new massager light version the pain has drastically reduced. I never right reviews, but this machine is fantastic. I now want the pro version . Need to start saving. Thank you so much the pains gone.

Poor customer service I bought my RecovaPro Max Massage Gun in June/2022. It stopped working in February/2024. I can charge it but when I try to turn it on, it fails. From what I understand, it is still within the 2-year warranty period. I sent an email to the company on February 16th and had no response. Tried again with another email on March 11th and no response again. I called the contact number 01474 247760 for days and nobody answers. I never thought I would have such a hard time only to have a response from Recovapro. I was really happy with the product until it sttoped wroking. It's a shame.

The app to track the delivery wasn’t very clear. Nevertheless, I got my delivery and I love the product. My ex bought one before we split up so I knew what I was getting which is a fantastic product.

Website interface can be improved and it can be difficult to navigate at times. Prices and customer support are average which can be improved. I don't have much to say about this website becuase I had no issue when I last transacted with them. You just have to compare and contrast with other companies for better outcomes.
