GBGreat Product, Poor customer service I purchased my Recovapro SE less than a year ago and unfortunately it developed a fault. I was able to send the item away for repair under warranty, but the communication with customer services wasn’t great. It was difficult to get in touch with someone via email and impossible over the phone. After 3 weeks, my item was returned and now works as expected. Overall, the product is fantastic, but the customer service is disappointing.

GBPoor customer service I bought my RecovaPro Max Massage Gun in June/2022. It stopped working in February/2024. I can charge it but when I try to turn it on, it fails. From what I understand, it is still within the 2-year warranty period. I sent an email to the company on February 16th and had no response. Tried again with another email on March 11th and no response again. I called the contact number 01474 247760 for days and nobody answers. I never thought I would have such a hard time only to have a response from Recovapro. I was really happy with the product until it sttoped wroking. It's a shame.

GBGreat customer service! Updated review! My recover pro arrived today after I was wondering about my delivery arrival after it was a few days late. Got in touch with recovapro and they told me they are having a problem with deliveries going missing! All sorted now guys thank you you recovapro I can’t wait to try it later!

GBThe delivery was not quite next day but… The delivery was not quite next day but could have been down to issues on the local roads, which is beyond anyones control. Also. The app to track the delivery wasn’t very clear. Nevertheless, I got my delivery and I love the product. My ex bought one before we split up so I knew what I was getting which is a fantastic product.

GBAlso agree with the person who said they would give 0 stars if they could! I received the Recovapro lite and after hours of charging it would not turn on. I then had a look on the internet and was led to trustpilot, where I saw many terrible, recent reviews. Wish I'd seen earlier! Because of the things I read, I decided to "play it cool" and firmly chase up for a refund and not a replacement. The process was ridiculous - lots of chasing emails my end, no working phone line, asking when to arrange a collection for, me replying and them saying they'd arranged a collection without telling me, which they clearly hadn't, saying they'd sent emails that must have gone into my spam (which hadn't), putting the wrong sender address when they finally agreed to send me a return label, I could go on... It really was a joke but got the refund in the end. Would absolutely not recommend this waste of time company and product. Better to go with a 20 quid one from amazon and at least if it doesn't work, easy to send back and price tag not the end of the world. The most disappointing thing is that I was seeking relief from chronic pain. Do you not realise who your customers are?
