Very nice, very good company. The company representation and installers were great! The floor is what we wanted. One guy did the livingroom and kitchen by himself. I was quite impressed with him. My only issue was the language barrier. I speak English and sign ASL. I don't understand Portugese. He pulled out a translator but still seemed a bit confused about what I was trying to ask. ASL worked better than my English even tho neither of us are deaf. But overall I would definitely recommend 50Floors!

Great job!!! Great job!!!! Love our new floors!!! Our install team was very careful with our very heavy furniture and placed it back where it belonged. They cleaned as they went, working exceptionally well together. They did the entire home in less than two days!!!!! Thank you

The professionalism from start to… The professionalism from start to finish, starting with Ron! He was very knowledgeable and really helped me find the BEST flooring for our family ….. he was AMAZING! The installers were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They were so professional and paid close attention to EVERY detail! We are so so grateful for the job that was done, they did not miss anything!!! You guys literally knocked it out of the park!!! WE love love our floors!!!!

2 Lies We had old carpet pulled up and new put down in 2 bedrooms. Each had heavy furniture, which out salesman noted on the order. My husband had 2 questions, after everything was set up...1) Will I be able to communicate with whoever comes out? "Yes sir. At least one of the crew will be English speaking and able to communicate with you." Not True...2) Will there be more than one worker coming out, since we have some heavy furniture to be moved? "Oh, yessir, I've made a note on the order that there is heavy furniture, so there will be at least 2 workers coming out." Another Not True...Day of installation, one worker showed up. My husband had a difficult time communicating with him. He was able to get a cousin to come help with the job, who had previously worked for 50Floor. Luckily he spoke English and that problem was solved. Of course we had to wait over AN HOUR for the cousin to show up. The job, once they began, turned out great. Very happy with the end result, but feel like we were totally misled as to who would be showing up!

Great service and price We had carpeting installed in 2 bedrooms, hallway and staircase of our Boynton Beach townhouse. The salesman arrived on time with just the right carpet samples for us to choose from and gave us an excellent price which included ripping up and carting old carpet and installing new. We were on a tight schedule and needed the carpeting to be installed within a week. With the exception of a minor snag, 50 Floor was able to accommodate our request for a quick installation and actually installed 2 days early. I highly recommend this company.
