GB3 time doing Prolon i’ve done this a few times usually i do this once a year espically before a Holiday to help me reset everything and try and be healthy while away, As sometimes on holiday you can let yourself go. I am currently on day 4 today i’ve already lost half a stone in 3 days which i will try and maintain afterwards. Some of the soups are really nice i am on prolon 2 programe i prefer the soups and the choc bar tasted like olive oil was so creamy and well textured. I loved the black bean soup my favorite i wish we had more options to choose which soup we would like and yes even if we can have a shake instead which will be useful. i will try and do another fasting reset in another 3 months. have 2 more days! and yes i am very tired i didn’t sleep well on day 3 i was thinking about food to much hopefully i sleep better this evening

GBStarting Over First off, the Prolon folks are always helpful and informative. In terms of using Prolon, I began using the FMD about 5 years ago - it was amazing to help me enhance my health. But circumstances haven't allowed me to use over last several years. Breaking back into fasting with one day reboots over 3 weeks. Then time to get back to a 5 day fast (or 2 or 3). So far, so far. Great opportunity to support my lifestyle.

GBThe Prolon 5-Day Fast was a great reset… The Prolon 5-Day Fast was a great reset for me. I'm currently on round 2 (month 2 of the recommended 3 rounds). I will definitely complete the 3rd round. I highly recommend signing up for the free daily zoom that you can participate in or watch the recorded version.

GBAmazing Amazing. I definitely thought the reset in my immune system. I almost failed there on day three. I started hallucinating but honestly everything was delicious except those soups lol. Honestly, I would probably be better with some fasting shakes instead of soups. So it was really nice that they provided that in the box to try. I probably will do a three-day fast instead next time

GBMy son introduced me to the 5-day… My son introduced me to the 5-day mimicking fasting protocol, and as a cancer survivor I thought I might give it a try. Though I have been nearly 20 years recovered (some say 'cured'), it seemed an interesting step to take. Weight loss isn't an issue––I lost 4.5 lbs in the five days, and I'm sure that most, if not all, of that will come back in the coming weeks as I return to my regular diet. Day 2 was probably the hardest, feeling hungry every minute. Now, on the first post-fast day, I'm feeling great, easing back to my regular routine (mostly plant-based diet, along with fish, and small amounts of other animal proteins). I will very likely try the fast again in 4 months, and then 4 months after that––three times for the year.
