The Prolon 5-Day Fast was a great reset… The Prolon 5-Day Fast was a great reset for me. I'm currently on round 2 (month 2 of the recommended 3 rounds). I will definitely complete the 3rd round. I highly recommend signing up for the free daily zoom that you can participate in or watch the recorded version.

I love prolon but this time around I… I love prolon but this time around I felt the variety of soups I received were too much the same and they never have been in the past. Also, after all this time on the market I would have thought by now you would have come up with a better recipe for the l-bar. It tastes terrible and I have a hard time ever finishing one. The soups are also just too difficult to break down. It takes longer to heat the soups up and dissolve them fully than it does to make soup from scratch.

I never thought I could do a fast for… I never thought I could do a fast for one day, let alone 5! It wasn't always easy, but it felt good to be in touch with my hunger - real and imagined. I dropped 5 pounds although I realize it's probably not typical. I'm looking forward to the next month and beyond with new-found confidence in my weight loss and management of diabetes.

I lost £398 I paid £398 for two boxes that were never delivered. Prolon says they were delivered to a neighbour, but the neighbours say they hadn't accepted any delivery. Also, I had not given permission to deliver anywhere other than me, personally. I asked Prolon to investigate, but they never replied.
