Cursory Results I had already done a general DNA test through another company, but I purchased this one because I wanted to learn more about my cholesterol profile through the nutrition test (I suspect I am a carrier for hypercholesterolemia). The test results showed I likely have higher than normal risk of having high lipids, but did not get into the nuts and bolts of that finding which was disappointing.

Helpful Diet Suggestions The nutrition report is informative and helpful. I especially like that you find out what type of diet works best for you. I didn't like that even though they received the sample a week ago, it wasn't updated in my account. I had to call them to make sure it was received.

Ancestry DNA test results are generally accurate Ancestry DNA test results are very broad without a lot of detail, but generally accurate compared to other testing services. Excellent customer service response. I would recommend Dynamic DNA tests more for the other tests they provide (such as fitness, nutrition, personality, etc.) than ancestry, especially if you want in-depth test results.
