GB$35 dollars for shipping? $35 dollars for shipping?! Also, tried to reach customer service and never reached anyone to provide me CPT codes and EIN for insurance reimbursement. I would not buy here again. ETA: I did receive a reply below that's not entirely helpful. If Meento.io has a CPT code and an EIN (most businesses have a tax ID number) I can handle reimbursement myself. Receiving those would be helpful.

They came up with a compromise solution and eventually a real solution. The CEO stayed in touch and set us up with a staffer to look after our needs. We are not a huge client but they came through and now we have a good testing solution.
