Most physicians do not review labs in the context of symptoms or the life of the patient. The good thing about inside tracker is it gives you not only the "normal" range but the optimal and suboptimal ranges so even if you aren't in the red yet but trending there you can make some changes with your diet via their suggestions in order to start feeling your best self.

GBfirst the blood draw was sooo smooth at… first the blood draw was sooo smooth at my quest location.. maybe because inside tracker had sent them all the blood work info to quest.. and then i just sat back and waited for my results...and inside tracker sends results and gives me all info to improve and reach my goals that i am still striving for....

GBDo this to improve your healthspan and lifespan I believe what Inside Tracker is doing is the future of medicine. They analyze your blood and DNA, and then with science backed research, provide you with a plan to improve. It is worth every penny in my mind.

GBFinding out what you don't know that you don't know about not only athletic performance but your health in general! I wish doctors would just use this service as an overall health-check tool! You get not only the blood marker information, but the web site *educates* you as to what each means, and then how to improve each through nutrition. Talking with the nutritionists fills in the gaps and it's an awesome service! Oh yeah, and... you keep getting data updated in the web site to track your progress over time. Highly recommended!
