GBFinding out what you don't know that you don't know about not only athletic performance but your health in general! I wish doctors would just use this service as an overall health-check tool! You get not only the blood marker information, but the web site *educates* you as to what each means, and then how to improve each through nutrition. Talking with the nutritionists fills in the gaps and it's an awesome service! Oh yeah, and... you keep getting data updated in the web site to track your progress over time. Highly recommended!

GBOverall it was a good experience Overall it was a good experience. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because once I requested bloodwork to be done nobody reached out to me to schedule a day to draw blood as it stated they would. I waited over a week until I had to write to customer service. They were helpful though and responsive. Phlebotomist was friendly and professional and it was a painless quick blood draw. Blood work came in quick.

GBI have had technical issues every step… I have had technical issues every step of the way; all have been resolved until now. when i pull up home with action plan on bottom right with my android phone what comes up is create an action plan which i press but program keeps on trying to pull up but does not access.

GBVERY disappointed I have emailed customer support the same question multiple times and still do not have an answer. My name was entered incorrectly so the quest labs can't put my results in their portal-which I need for there. Extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service & incompetency here. No one answers the phone so I just keep sending the same email.
