GBCoils and poor customer service So I ordered a pack of coils. The only shipping option cost $20. I waited over a week and the tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to lookah they were really horrible and refused to help and basically said I will get it when I get. They did eventually arrive but if I’m paying $20 for shipping on a $30 item it should be a 2 day shipping but at the very least I should be provided with a tracking number that works. They were rude and horrible. I do not recommend you support this company, I know I sure won’t anymore.

GBShipped with DHL even though it could… Shipped with DHL even though it could fit in an envelope?? It's been sitting in the same spot in CA for 5 days now. Don't bother trying customer service. They're non-existant.
