GBTerrible service Terrible service, item not recieved and customer service gives no help. I reached out so they can make it right and they charge me 20 more dollars to resend item out that I did not get. This place is a scam!! Do not use lookah, do not buy from them or you will be out money. Currently talking to BBB and my lawyer about a fraud case. Avoid at all cost!!!

GBThere’s no working with this company There’s no working with this company, their customer service is the absolute worst. Had a seahorse pro arrive DOA and they wanted me to pay to ship it back to China and would only give me store credit in exchange. (This was around Christmas and so not affordable) Now I need a replacement button for the egg and Lookah won’t respond to lookahusa’s attempts to inquire for me. It seems lookahusa is just an intermediary with no control which is even more aggravating.

GBHorrible unprofessional customer… Horrible unprofessional customer service. They shipped me warranty replacements 4 weeks ago. Shipment is lost. loofah has done nothing to fix the problem. I’m a cancer patient and suffering due to their negligence
