GBMisleading policy and poor service Misleading policy and poor service - there is a no return policy on some orders, but not all, and the information is buried in the terms and conditions. An extra fee was paid for expedited delivery, but the "inconvenience" to the company prevents return even if restocking fee could be charged. Most reputable companies will make such a policy clear in its order submission information. Do not do business with this company if you can find the products elsewhere.

GBPile weather stripping too stiff The product, double door astragal weather stripping, is generally as described. The pile weather stripping turns out to be a bit stiff, causing too much drag for smooth operation of doors. The doors do not always fully close.

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware - their return policy is very strict, even on in-stock items. Be 110% sure that what you're ordering will work for your door application, because in most cases you'll be stuck with it. The reason for not accepting a return on an in-stock deadbolt I ordered is because they don't accept returns on "US3" finishes, which is simply bright brass. (CommercialDoorHardware.com, QualityDoor.com and SargentDoorHardware.com are one in the same). If you have a shred of doubt look elsewhere for what you need with a better return policy, even if it costs more.
