Misleading policy and poor service Misleading policy and poor service - there is a no return policy on some orders, but not all, and the information is buried in the terms and conditions. An extra fee was paid for expedited delivery, but the "inconvenience" to the company prevents return even if restocking fee could be charged. Most reputable companies will make such a policy clear in its order submission information. Do not do business with this company if you can find the products elsewhere.
