GBHORRID SERVICE. POSSBILY A SCAM CO Ordered $1500 worth of accustic wood paneling. They charged my card, but I never heard anything from them, nor did I get a shipping notification. I called and called. Finally spoke to Maria who said my material was backordered!! She offered to ship a taller (10' vs 8') similar item. I said I would need to measure the space and would get back to them in the morning. I then proceeded to call over the next 4 days!!! No one answers the phone. I left 6 voice mails. No one returns a call. I emailed twice. No one responds. I just contested the charge on my credit card. STAY AWAY!

GBPlaced an order 6 weeks ago and nothing… Placed an order 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived, we've tried to call 100's of times with no one answering too. Also the address listed on the site is just a residential one!
