GBI liked the easy way of seeing my careโฆ I liked the easy way of seeing my care provider. She seemed interested in what I had to say and listened to my answers. I felt the health interview was complete and thorough. All my questions were answered.

GBPrescription Refill Headache Prescription Refill Review is such a headache every time. The providers who conduct these quick refills do not read the intake form notes for updates in information or pharmacies. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and each time, is missing the ICD-10 diagnosis code which is needed for it be filled using my insurance (which I wrote in the intake note as a reminder to include). I then would need to call in or email their support, which then forwards the concern to the particular prescriber. You cannot message the prescriber directly, so this takes time and delays the refill. The only time it was ever correct was from my inital consultation. I am hoping that the process will be come better over time.

Mr. Friday's himself being able to ask direct questions with real answers. Customer support is top-notch they respond so quickly and resolve issues almost immediately. GBGreat experience with Fridays! I first joined Fridays on 2/6/24. Iโm currently on semaglutide. Iโve had a wonderful experience. Had my appointment on a Tuesday, and got the meds within two days. Itโs easy to schedule an appointment online. I will say I did a lot of research before choosing this company. The doctor answered all my questions, was patient and kind. I am excited about the new portal as well as the new prescription refill process. Overall, very impressed with Fridayโs!

GBCustomer Service My experience with Fridays has been great overall. Customer Service has been amazing they return email within hours. My provider appointment not so much. She was late, unable to hear during the visit. Didn't really explain the process I had to get that information from CS. Refill experience ! hopefully it gets better ! I don't think it's the process just think the provider didn't do her follow up. I just wish the membership was cheaper But I am glad I got to start this journey.
