Fast and easy, great experience It was easy to book my appointment and easy to get my lab work completed through Quest. Fast results sent back and fast Rx. Provider was nice and answered my questions. I love that Fridays can prescribe both FDA approved GLP1 meds along with compounds offered by reputable compound pharmacies during the shortage. I would recommend Fridays to anyone looking to improve their health through weight loss (diabetic, prediabetic, high BP, high cholesterol, sleep apnea). Thank you Fridays! Prescription Refill Headache Prescription Refill Review is such a headache every time. The providers who conduct these quick refills do not read the intake form notes for updates in information or pharmacies. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and each time, is missing the ICD-10 diagnosis code which is needed for it be filled using my insurance (which I wrote in the intake note as a reminder to include). I then would need to call in or email their support, which then forwards the concern to the particular prescriber. You cannot message the prescriber directly, so this takes time and delays the refill. The only time it was ever correct was from my inital consultation. I am hoping that the process will be come better over time.

Don't sleep on JoinFridays! Nothing but great things to say about JoinFridays! They go above and beyond with their customer service. They are always there when you need them and respond very quickly. After your initial video visit you can now renew by answering a few questions on a form, which is great when you don't have time for a video call. Very responsive! A+ As far as the membership fee is cheaper than another other company as well as the medication, which varies depending on your dose. Totally worth it in my opinion.

I love my experience with Fridays… I love my experience with Fridays Health. I have video appointments with Dr Jensen once a month, he is thorough, friendly and efficient. I receive my medication within 5-7 business days right at my doorstep. Also, whenever I have any questions, I email the team and they get back with me within a few hours or at least by end of day. Would highly recommend Fridays
