GBCustomer Service My experience with Fridays has been great overall. Customer Service has been amazing they return email within hours. My provider appointment not so much. She was late, unable to hear during the visit. Didn't really explain the process I had to get that information from CS. Refill experience ! hopefully it gets better ! I don't think it's the process just think the provider didn't do her follow up. I just wish the membership was cheaper But I am glad I got to start this journey.

GBABOVE & BEYOND ππππ Being able to talk and communicate directly with ambassadors live via tiktok. Hearing from real people who have been on these meds. Mr. Friday's himself being able to ask direct questions with real answers. Customer support is top-notch they respond so quickly and resolve issues almost immediately. The quality and service is beyond and over 5-βββββ

GBFollow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.
