GBI am so grateful for Join Fridays I am so grateful for Join Fridays. I travel frequently and I have not had any problems getting my meds. I send customer service a message to change my shipping address, I use Async (new ordering option) and my meds arrive in a few days. Their Customer Service agents are very helpful and professional.

GBA breath of fresh air in the telehealth space! I began using the telehealth company Join Fridays in November 2023. It has been an incredibly positive experience. They have staffed their company with the most caring, hard working people in the field. It is refreshing to find a company who listens to the community and truly cares about their members. I never feel rushed when meeting with my provider, he listens and answers all my questions. Join Fridays holistic approach to my health journey has been the reason I refer my friends and family! The community support groups, nutrition, mindset coaching and movement coaching have been a huge part of my success. Fridays is a company that cares and truly a breath of fresh air in the telehealth space!

GBMy experience with JoinFridays has been… My experience with JoinFridays has been pretty great. My provider is very nice, informative, and caring. The only negative experience that I have had was with the customer support team in regards to me asking them about a compound pharmacy, they kinda just blew off my question/concern and wanted me to just pay my invoice. Luckily I was able to get the information I needed and could verify the compounding pharmacy.

GBI highly recommend Fridays I was skeptical at first. It's always scary signing up for a program online. But from the prompt response and initial teledoc visit,to the fast delivery of my meds, I couldn't be more impressed. The rates are fantastic, the compounded semaglutide has worked like I hoped,and the constant emails and feedback from my team have been helpful. I am glad I took a chance from a company I hadn't heard much about.

GBFollow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.
