Correct number but wrong extension Added a matching cabinet but wanted to match the knobs with the existing knob om the other furniture. Despite detail search at local box stores could not find exact match. Search on internet appeared successful when I found MyKnobs.com. Order process was easy and delivery was pretty quick. Only process is a miismatch of the inner circle on the knob. Thankfully the order was a bag of 4 although i really only needed 2 so i was able to use the 4 knobs on a different piece so those 4 "matched" and the "new cabinet" is looking good with the "old" knobs. Just have to live with "things change".

Love my new hardware… I received my hardware in a timely manner. They are beautiful! The look great on my cabinets. The screws that came with them are low quality. One broke off in a handle. Customer Service was excellent in replacing. I bought 2 more for an additional item! ❤️

Ordered parts for cabinets that… Ordered parts for cabinets that appeared to ship in a normal timeline per the website. Weeks later I contacted them to ask why no shipment. They then told me they would be shipped more than 2 months after my order date. They only told me this after I emailed, not at the time of the order. I run an e-commerce company and would never dream of informing customers about a back order weeks after an order date. Terrible customer service will not order from them again. There are plenty of online knob shops.

The knobs were just what I expected The knobs were just what I expected. Liked them a lot. However, they were late in the actual delivery and even much later in sending the on-line "up-to-date" notifications of delays and date of when to expect delivery. Then, got a final "delivered" confirmation weeks after I received the knobs. Tracking system needs an updating!
