Found exactly what I wanted! My knobs service and quick delivery is excellent. I honestly could not be happier. The knobs shipped quickly, arrived well packaged and look absolutely stunning in my home. Much more expensive than other knobs I priced but well worth the extra spend.

Love my new hardware… I received my hardware in a timely manner. They are beautiful! The look great on my cabinets. The screws that came with them are low quality. One broke off in a handle. Customer Service was excellent in replacing. I bought 2 more for an additional item! ❤️

Ridiculous return/exchange policy Ordered 46 large and 26 matching small handles from this company. Because of cabinet delays, we could not install them until nearly 3 months after receipt. Found out that because of door designs, we really needed 17 large, 63 small, and 2 extra large handles. Called the company to work out an exchange in factory sealed packages and they refused because it was over 30 days. Their site shows thousands of the handles in stock ready to ship. This cannot be an unusual situation. But to refuse to accept back factory sealed product in exchange for current merchandise seems like sticking your head in the sand. Extremely poor customer service compared to any other vendor I have dealt with.

Poor Customer Service Experience This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

I love my covers I love my covers, just waiting on one that was back ordered... I did unfortunately crack one while tightening up the screw. It isn't horrible? And I may buy a replacement because there's some other outlet covers I want to replace as well.. im very happy with my purchase overall..
