GBI love my covers I love my covers, just waiting on one that was back ordered... I did unfortunately crack one while tightening up the screw. It isn't horrible? And I may buy a replacement because there's some other outlet covers I want to replace as well.. im very happy with my purchase overall..

GBCorrect number but wrong extension Added a matching cabinet but wanted to match the knobs with the existing knob om the other furniture. Despite detail search at local box stores could not find exact match. Search on internet appeared successful when I found MyKnobs.com. Order process was easy and delivery was pretty quick. Only process is a miismatch of the inner circle on the knob. Thankfully the order was a bag of 4 although i really only needed 2 so i was able to use the 4 knobs on a different piece so those 4 "matched" and the "new cabinet" is looking good with the "old" knobs. Just have to live with "things change".

GBnobs and pulls received the order in an expedient manner and are already installed, look great made the bathroom cabinetry look new again, will be doing some more changes and will search your site for the perfect pulls. Thank you

GBPoor Customer Service Experience This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

GBNo Return Policy I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. I will never purchase from this company again and do not recommend them due to their poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service.
