Low bar in Iowa
GBI ordered a 24 lb body bar for my… I ordered a 24 lb body bar for my daughter. What arrived was an empty box. I both emailed and tried the ‘live’ chat yesterday. I’ve had no response. Terrible service. We’ve filed a claim with Fed Ex. I’ll initiate chargeback proceedings if I have to. Disappointing.
