GBI thought the shipping fee was… I thought the shipping fee was excessive and the default should not automatically be to pick it up at your warehouse. It was a pretty bad online shipping experience.

GBGreat Customer Service The website was very easy to navigate. I made a mistake when ordering and selected that I would pick up my item at the warehouse. Someone from the company reached out to make sure that was what I intended and corrected the mistake for me. I had my bands the very next day. Good customer service is hard to come by. Perform Better has it!

GBExcellent experience. Service was excellent. I received my order within 2 days of placing it. The products, a foam roller and PB Disc Pillows, were just as described. I particularly like the Disc Pillows and how beneficial they are in developing strength and balance. The foam roller is comparable to another I had from a different company but cost less.
