GBThe person I spoke with was very… The person I spoke with was very helpful. The only thing I would have liked was to see something on my receipt that shows I paid the bill. Only because I have to show my accounting dept. that it was paid and I just received a Sales Order showing the total. They get a little fussy when they don't see "paid" :) Have a great day!

GBDifficult to tell what band you’re buying Site could be better about product details and pictures. At least for the Superbands. It can be hard to know what you’re actually getting.

GBGood product, personal customer service First, I like the quality of the resistance bands, sturdy but not thick. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive an email inquiring about whether I wanted to pick up my order or have it mailed, and even mentioning the mailing charge. This was really helpful and beyond what I expected.
