long time to despatch/bits missing long time to despatch, I received an email a week later to say they forgot to despatch and that it would be done that day (according to postage sticker it took another week after that) one of the kits I finally received had parts missing, I emailed them by replying to the same person (Toby Wood) who emailed me to say that parts were missing. it'd been over 10 days and I've had no reply. terrible service

Beautiful model kits from you guys Beautiful model kits from you guys, you certainly stand out from the numerous people producing scenic buildings, my latest acquisition is 10 out of 10...had my eye on this for a while, just trying to figure out what interior I need to devise, wish someone would come up with interior kits to go along with buildings of this nature

Two road victorian engine shed. First time buying a modelux product. Haven't built it yet but I did open the packaging to check the sizes on my layout. The quality looks very good, a lot of parts, but instructions and construction look straight forward enough. I will probably buy more in the future. The delivery was also very quick.

Super addition to industrial model scene… Received my model kit from Modelux promptly with Royal Mail after ordering.Very pleased with the quality and detail of kit .Instructions for assembly are minimal but clear ,not a beginners kit of choice.Overall very impressed ,highly recommended.

Great model actually looks like iron… Great model actually looks like iron bridge but without the crazy hump of the real thing. Easy to put together just use a glue that sets longer than superglue to allow for adjustments ! That said I did it with the superglue that sets after about 10 secs which meant that I assembled and glue in about 30 mins without any clamping. Looks great light and strong !
