I’ve been using the probiotics and the… I’ve been using the probiotics and the biotin for a little while now and oh my I’m in love! I feel less bloated after eating and during the day since I’ve been using the probiotic and my hair always been fairly healthy but the biotin juste give them the little boost they where missing!
