High quality supplements from a Canadian company The supplements are high quality, easily absorbed and improve how I feel. My sleep improved using the Magnesium Biglycinate. I also loved how I felt taking the Biotin, Women’s Probiotics and Lions Mane. The vitamin K2 & D3 are small capsules and easily absorbed. I like that the Glucosamine Chondroitin has Turmeric to reduce inflammation. I've just started using the Berberine so I'll see how it goes. I definitely recommend this company and their line of supplements.
