Worst experience ever! I ordered one bra on 4/3/24, still have not received it. Had I known it was coming from overseas, I NEVER would have ordered it. I'm calling my bank in the morning to get my money back. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. The communication sucks too.

Worst company ever Worst company ever. No packing slip, no labels, bras stuffed in an envelope without anything saying where it had come from. Size is so off one wonders how they sized them. Don’t waste your money, they refuse to give refunds so please believe me, buy elseware, not from this company

I ordered 3 bras from facebook ad I ordered 3 bras from facebook ad. my card did not go through so I looked up this company on line and when I tried to call the number on the site it would not go through. so far I have not been charged for these items. I think this is a scam company because a legitimate company would have a working phone number. I have talked with my bank and there is no charge showing up on my account I will be canceling this transaction and closing my account.

Watch out! Don't Order Do not order from this company. Product is being shipped from China on the slow boat and their sizing is not US Standards. I ordered a 36G bra and it was so small that my teenage thin niece couldn't even wear it. When I asked for a refund, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the product and they were sorry that it did not fit. If I wanted to return it would cost me $30 in shipping since their warehouse is located in Asia.

If I could give NO STARS If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD !!!!!!! ORDERED 1 BRA MARCH 28TH 2024. LIKE ALL of my American peers.....no bra came. Only email excuses. Warn all your facebook friends of your personal experience with KATYCHARM Company. Have them warn all of their friends !!! Best way to shut it down.
