The product is not fit for purpose. Contacted company by email to be informed there are no refunds. Currently trying to recoup money through credit card, but freshtray are challenging this dispute

In the process of getting threatening… In the process of getting threatening emails from these "people". As many below the advert was wrong and took out 10 times the amount. Tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after ordering to be told it was too late. I emailed several times and was told it was too late to return and cancel the dispute and pay. Very threatening and no clear return address even though I've asked 3 times via email. Complete scammers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Take more money then you expect by deceptive adverts and wording. Ignore your attempts to cancel order. They tell you to return item once received if you do not want it , BUT, at a huge cost to you as it will be going overseas. REFUSE TO TAKE ORDER FROM THE COURIER, they will then return item at a cost to the scammers. Might take a while but hopefully will be easier to get refund from your bank.

Next morning £49.00 out of my bank !
