GBDon’t get scammed First of all , they don’t list their phone number on their website. Ordered Uni for Mother’s Day 10 days in advance but didn’t deliver. No communication until I asked them repeatedly. Excuse was the quality was poor. It’s unbelievable that whole batch of Uni from Japan was bad. Did they wasted all wholesale orders for restaurants too?! I don’t think so. Don’t waste your time and money. It’s a scam, Especially not for individual consumers.

GBMissing items again It’s my 3rd or 4th time purchasing and while I enjoy the quality and price point, the level of communication prior to shipping is spotty. Most of my purchases have arrived missing items. This time the item was the uni which is why I decided to purchase. I had to chase the company after an order was delivered without it only be told that the uni order was refunded. If there isn’t stock, communication should be BEFORE the order is delivered especially since an order is place 2-3 days in advance of delivery. I understand it’s a small business but hope you guys can improve operations and stock management.
