GBFair Warning While the Uni was good, albeit tossed around a bit, the fish showed some signs of freezer burn or other temperature abuse. After trimming it off, I wasn't left with much. However, my real complaint is that my order was incomplete with no communication and no refund for the undelivered item. My sliced abalone was left off. OK, understandable - so I contacted them through their Chat function. I get a response that the difference will be refunded in 3 -5 business days, Again, OK. But after several weeks when I reached out again, it was radio silence. First, back at the Chat feature, then an email. NO response. NO refund. So, it's buyer beware. Hope your luck is better than mine was. I spend quite a bit buying seafood and specialty items online. But not with these guys again.
