GBrevision of a previous review originally i wrote a review that wasn't the best..i was having a hard time getting in contact with customer service..i didn't have the phone i sent them or any payment for it..i have since been contacted from someone that was very nice and apologetic for the non- communication..they addressed my issue and gave me a couple choices and in the end everything has been worked out. i don't feel they purposely ignored me..it was probably just a mistake and mistakes happen. thanks again for all the help click n cell.

GBA good business fueled by great people A business can be measured not in their ability to be perfect but in moments of recovery and imperfections...Its not always an easy task standing on the front lines making decisions of value to consumers during these times. This company has and overcomes challenges via shipping, communication and volume of demand on day to day basis. I didn't have a perfect experience with them, but I understand why challenges came up and I have to acknowledge and commend them for not quitting or giving up on assisting me, recognizing where problems arose and working with me to correct, and showing a compassionate side and real interest in helping me. Process is easy to do. Instructions clear and conscise and lots of availability to ask questions along the way. Pricing is fair and from what I've seen higher than many in the market. Team is informed, and quick to respond.

GBMixed Experience, but I got paid... I had a mixed experience with Clickncell...The Good: I got paid more than any other site was offering for my device. The Not-So-Good: Their system leaves a lot to be desired. While I got the mailing label right away, The assessment and payment process took a long time, and needed careful monitoring. My device was received on a Saturday, but I kept getting emails looking for my device for days afterward, my call and emails in return not getting responses. I finally got an assessment email confirming my device met their standards and was worth what was originally quoted, which I had to accept (why should I need to accept if it was correct?). Then there were payment issues...I requested payout via paypal which they said their processor was having issues with, I offered Venmo as an alternative which I was told would take 1-3 days. 5 days later and still no payment, was getting concerned. I call and spoke to a nice fellow named Daniel who finally got everything sorted out and paid via Venmo right away. The whole process took 10 days, not the paid within 24 hours of receipt they advertise on their site, but I did get paid and more than other sites.
