I Ordered 30 chairs with a ridiculously short time frame they were needed and I got them days before they were even Promised! Highly recommend!!! Would definitely shop with them again!

GBWe received our tables and chairs 4… We received our tables and chairs 4 days late, after one of our pallets was lost at the San Leandro Shipping Terminal. When our delivery finally did arrive, one of our chairs was significantly damaged, and we had to order a new one. I think much of this was under management by the shipping company Ward TLC, but I think Superior could take more ownership of their products as they are en route to the customer. I had countless people over a four day span tell me they would call/email me back, but no one ever did until the very end of the process. Just poor follow up and project management. The chairs do look great outside our restaurant, but the service was poor, and it took more effort and follow through on our end to actually receive the chairs. If we hadn't been so pushy, who knows what might have happened.

GBBeautiful custom oak table tops I ordered custom table tops for my restaurant. They're beautiful and were packaged well for a safe delivery. I ordered some more because I'm really happy with them. My only complaint is that they advertise a two week lead time and both orders have taken four weeks.

GBCustomer service was outstanding Customer service was outstanding! Very helpful and responsive staff...and the tables and chairs were delivered in a timely fashion considering how quick I needed them! The tables and chairs look nice and feel sturdy, except for the fact that they scratch very easily. Even lightly pulling a cardboard box from one side of the table to the other scratches it...and that was determined by accident. Other than that, great product!
