GBThe ordering process was very smooth … The ordering process was very smooth and the representatives were responsive and helpful. The delivery window was very large (11am-4pm) and the delivery driver refused to bring the 50 stools down to my establishment- all they would do was load them off the truck. I was by myself and had to carry all of them down several flights of stairs. I paid several hundred dollars to have them delivered, so this was disappointing.

We ordered more bar seats than I planned, but it was worth the savings in the end. The seats are comfortable, light weight, but extremely sturdy. Our customers were excited as the seating is "cushy". Excellent job!
